... I generally enjoy a visit to Grill'd, one knows what to expect within the experience, the food, quality & ambience of the establishment seldom waivers, BUT, on my last visit at their Claremont site, there was one discernible difference, their service was excellent, the waitress (is that what they are called these days?) went that extra mile, appeared genuine in making us relaxed & comfortable & a credit to said establishment. We enjoyed our food, it didn't disappoint & exactly as one expected, overall an enjoyable experience, would gladly return & would gladly recommend, again, great service on the day, cheers...

Fantastic place serving delicious burgers. Lots of different options available from beef, chicken to mushroom meat fable burgers which are my favourite. Great customer service. The young man was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really liked the zucchini chips. The beef burger was cooked well and juicy. I really loved my mushroom meat fable spicy cheeseburger. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Like that there are lots of vegetarian options available.

Grill'd is always delicious. I always get the Simon Says chicken burger and sweet potato chips. These burgers are amazing and the chips have the best seasoning and are always big. We usually do take out but the vibes at grill'd are always so great. I love how it's decorated. There are always seats and staff are also super friendly and hard-working.

Very delicious burgers (had the beef burgers wild wild west and summer sunset). But to not have any forks (waiter only brought one fork after asking, with the words, that's the only one they have) is unbelievable. There were only 6 customers at 3pm in the store. So no reason to have no forks. Especially here at the shopping Center where people touch a lot of things, forks are essential part of a restaurant.

The burger was delicious - juicy, tasty, and well-cooked. The incredibly courteous and polite team members were what actually improved the experience. Thank you for a fantastic meal, Chef Ali!

Delicious ingredients but our patties and buns were lukewarm which ruined the overall experience. A hot burger could have made it awesome. Plus my lamb patty wasn’t firm, rather sloppy. Disappointing.

I visited this restaurant at lunchtime on the weekend. It was modestly busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly gave me some water for some flowers I had in my shopping trolley. 😀 I had pretty standard burger and a light beer. The beer was cold and the burger was yummy.
